What reaches you was chosen, and increasingly chosen by what you bought. These three are how we behave about that.
This site does run one, and refusing to say so on a page about purchase signals would be absurd. It is Google Ads conversion tracking, it is set only if you accept advertising cookies, and it tells us how many ad clicks completed an action rather than who did. What we do not do is build remarketing lists on health topics, use sensitive-category targeting, or rent or sell any list — and the privacy policy names each recipient by company rather than as a category of partner, which is the version you can actually verify.
Understanding why you are seeing what you are seeing does not tell you whether any of it is right for you. A consulting room is one of the few places left where what you are told was not selected by what you previously bought, which is worth more than it sounds.
If you give us an address it delivers the guide and any correction to it, and nothing further. It is never rented, never traded, and never used to build an audience anyone can target. Unsubscribing removes the record rather than suppressing it. We sell no supplement, hold no affiliate arrangement, and publish no testimonials.
None of this is a claim that anyone is doing anything unlawful, this site included. Retargeting and audience building are ordinary, disclosed, and legal, and describing how they work is not an accusation — nor is it a claim to stand outside the system, since we advertise like everyone else. The relevant consequence is epistemic rather than legal: when the next twenty things you see about this subject were selected because you bought one, the impression that everybody is discussing it is manufactured by your own order. That includes the impression this page may be contributing to.
